It begins with an inviting bouquet of tangerine, key lime pie, quince, tropical fruits, straw, toasted brioche, crushed stone and white flower.. On the palate this is full-bodied chardonnay with a delicious creamy texture and fantastic natural acidity that adds balance to this wine. Fantastic on release, but there is no doubt that this will gain complexity with a few years of bottle age, and can last over a decade in the cellar.”
