“Deep garnet-purple colored, the 2021 Cabernet Sauvignon is a little broody to start off, offering subtle notes of sauteed herbs, cedar, charcoal, and damp soil before opening out to a core of cassis and baked plums. Full-bodied, the oak-laced black fruit flavors coat the mouth, framed by lightly chewy tannins and just enough freshness, finishing just a tad woody.”

“Aged for 26 months in 60% new French oak. Super ripe blackberry and black cherry fruit, fragrant cedarwood, and mocha spices. Full-bodied with sweet blackberry fruit and cherry preserves. Powerful, chewy, and muscular tannins build on the finish of sweet baking spices, kirsch, and toffee-tinged cedarwood.”
