“The dosage in 2018 is 2.5 g/La nd is a blend of 40% Chardonnay, 30% Pinot Noir, and 30% Pinot Meunier. Ripe apple character builds with chamomile floral notes, and takes a hearty, lush turn on the mid-palate featuring cherry and cherry pit notes, even, surprisingly, slivers of dark chocolate-covered almonds, and finishing with a wet slate and pulverized stone mineral quality.”
