The palate displays waves of vibrant acidity, with the kiss of barrel spice and flavors of green apple, Meyer lemon, candied ginger, toasted hazelnut, and citrus blossoms before a long and satisfying finish.”

“The 2023 Chardonnay La Pommeraie was barrel-fermented and matured for 15 months in 38% new French oak. It has slowly opening aromas of crème brûlée, toast, flint and white peaches. The full-bodied palate is concentrated with spicy, flinty flavors. It’s balanced by vibrant acidity and has a long, energetic finish. 265 cases were made.”
