“This delicious and structured wine offers dark berry fruit, cocoa nib character, and fabulously minty aromatics that emerge alongside notes of walnut husk and fig paste. Medium- to full-bodied on the palate, it shows real generosity and a firm backbone, making it a wine to enjoy now for its upfront pleasure, yet one that also holds potential for cellaring. Sourced entirely from the Sunshine Valley Vineyard and crafted by Jean Hoefliger. Barrel and steel fermented and aged 30 months in 65% new French oak.”
