“Westwood's Twenty One is a delicious blend of mainly Syrah with lesser amounts of Grenache and Mourvèdre. It has a classic Rhone styled profile. As this begins to unwind in the glass it releases inviting aromatics of black raspberries, plum, dark currant, black pepper, green herbs, spices and lavender all taking shape. This beautifully made red is displays wonderful elegance with a remarkable seamless quality to this wine, as it literally glides effortlessly across the palate. It continues to impress with excellent depth and precision through the gorgeous finish. While already quite appealing, this will only become more compelling with time.”
