“Mandarin orange, yellow pear and acacia followed by almonds and sour cream with baking spices and salted caramel. Medium-bodied with bright refreshing acidity. Pleasing freshness and balance to it. Aged in 25% new French oak barrels. Drink or hold.”
“The 2022 Chardonnay is outstanding, with vibrant green apple, citrus, and minty herb notes in its medium-bodied, clean, crisp, nicely balanced profile. Brought up in 25% new oak, it should drink nicely for 3-4 years, if not longer.”
“A touch of Viognier brings a sweet floral pop to the aromatics. This Chardonnay tastes of smashed apple and pear mixed with pert lemon and spread on butter toast. Full bodied and lengthy.”
