“Fragrant red berry fruit, dusty minerals, and sweetly scented cedarwood frame the nose. The palate is medium to full-bodied, offering silken textured red currant fruits, spiced plums, and red fruit leather, while soft and plump tannins give way to a dirth of saline minerals on the long earthy finish with tobacco-tinged accents. This Santa Cruz Mountains-based winery overlooks the Monterey Bay and was established in 1987.”
