“The Sinnet Brut Cuvée is a vintage-dated 2021 sparkling wine from the Russian River Valley, made in the méthode traditionnelle. Super fresh, bright, and energetic, it features a zippy, zesty mousse with smoky mineral character. Notes of fresh green apple and ripe pear lead into a finish marked by toasty brioche and flinty minerality. Composed of 55% Chardonnay and 45% Pinot Noir, it was aged three years on the lees, with a dosage of 6 g/L.”
