“Disgorged 01/23, the nose shows an open, "sweet" berryish bouquet: sugared redcurrant, but also damp limestone and grapey notes. The palate unfolds a comparatively subtle mousse, the acidity is firm but also ripe, a touch of phenolics invites you to chew, the finish shows a lot of Pinot and also a delicate ripe savouriness.”
