The nose is classic yet refined, with beautiful aromas of olive brine and kelp and accents of white pepper and iodine building in intensity after aeration. The palate is plump, lifted and juicy, effortlessly and confidently transitioning to an ethereal, savory finish. This is a gorgeous, nuanced example of the class that Central Coast Syrah can exude.”
