Had a bottle of this a few weeks ago. Really nice nose, cherry and floral. Surprisingly ready to drink for a 23. Good producer and would recommend if you want an approachable Nebbiolo.
“This is considered the entry-level wine in the Roberto Voerzio portfolio. Native ferment in stainless and aged 12 months in 25-hectoliter oak barrels. As with the previous release, this red is bright, crunchy, with pure flavors and aromas of Maraschino cherry, fresh-picked raspberries, soft white and red rose petal notes, brown spices, and earth. Silken on entry, juicy fruit and blood orange acidity lift the aromatics. Good tension and floral-tinged tannins, extra-fine, create a harmonious palate feel. Graphite and tobacco mingle in the fragrant finish.”
