“The 2021 Syrah Peake Ranch Vineyard is scented of wild red and black berries, charcuterie, pipe tobacco and bitter chocolate. Notes of mint and violet emerge as it spends time in the glass. The medium-bodied palate offers a concentrated core of graphite-laced fruit. It has powdery tannins, focused acidity and a perfumed finish. It's youthfully coiled and will benefit from 2-3+ years in bottle. 291 cases were made.”
