“The 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon Perseid comes labeled with actually lower alcohol than the 2018 version (14.3% versus 14.7%), but it comes across as more expansive and velvety. It's all Cabernet Sauvignon, a blend of clones, but boasts a more flamboyant nature and is just more fun to drink. Hints of camphor, blackberries and cassis mark the nose of this full-bodied effort, lingering boisterously on the long, mouthwatering finish.”
