“The 2020 Carema Etichetta Bianca is a delicate, elegant wine with effusive aromatics and fine balance. Sweet macerated red cherry, mint, spice, sweet pipe tobacco and cedar are all beautifully lifted in the glass. Deceptively medium in body, the 2020 is positively stellar. Texturally, it is on the lighter side, which accents both acidity and tannin. This is a lovely effort from Ferrando.”
