“The 2021 Rapszodia is 100% Cabernet Franc from the estate that spent 20 months in 85% new French oak. It has an absolutely stunning bouquet of darker, blue-tinged fruits as well as spring flowers, espresso, and graphite that's to die for. Inky hued, concentrated, medium to full-bodied, and flawlessly balanced, it's just about pure perfection in a glass. There are enough tannins to warrant 4-5 years of bottle age, and it will evolve for 30 years or more.”
