“The single clone ‘Coury’ comes from the oldest blocks in the Hyland Estates Vineyard. This is flinty and earthy on the nose with freshly tilled diatomaceous soils alongside shades of red raspberry and sour cherry. The palate is lithe and beautifully textured, with a fantastic sense of weight and length. A very pretty core of red fruits combine with citrus rind and diatom accents. Beautiful now, watch this evolve over the next fifteen years.”
