“The aromatics are bright and fruit-forward, with notes of cassis, black cherries, nutmeg, cardamom and currant. On the palate, it has a vibrant acidity, juicy black cherries, nutmeg and a plumpness that leads to a slightly dusty minerality and a smooth finish. Terra de Promissio, meaning 'Land of Promise', is a 20ha plot of densely planted Pinot Noir vineyards that consists of rolling hills which receive southwest sun exposure. The low elevation, which translates to more fog, along with wind and moderate afternoon sun exposure contribute to this wine’s ample tannin structure, bright acidity and intense flavours.”
