“The 2021 Pinot Noir North Canyon Vineyard is stellar. Dark cherry, plum, spice, new leather, tobacco and dried herbs lend notable depth. The 2021 marries fruit intensity with savory/earthy complexity. This ample, large-scaled classic Santa Maria Pinot is quite impressive. Sadly, 2020 is the last vintage.”
“Aromas of dried strawberries with hints of white pepper and dried rose stems follow through to a medium body, with strawberry and orange peel with hints of spices. Succulent. Nice dried citrus at the end. Drink and hold.”
“Fresh and pure, with red tea, mulberry and blood orange notes that cruise through, showing focus and freshness. The lightly toasted finish lets some incense filter through, while the fruit wins out easily. Gently mouthwatering in the end. Drink now through 2028. 915 cases made.”
