“The 2021 Châteauneuf-du-Pape aged briefly in stainless steel tanks. It combines violet, red and black cherry, raspberry, strawberry and crushed rock aromas. On the palate this 2021 is medium to full-bodied and refined, framed by a smooth tannin structure and balanced by fresh acidity. It ends with a bright finish and should provide drinking pleasure for up to 15 years.”
