Taste profile
“A beautifully refined Rosso, offering sweetly spiced notes of tobacco, cherry and plum, with hints of vanilla, fennel and cedarwood. Medium-bodied on the palate with lovely concentration from the ripe cassis fruit, framed by velvety tannins and finishing with impressive length, zippy acid tension and a subtle smoky mineral character. The wine undergoes cold maceration with natural yeast fermentation, followed by 12 months of ageing in barriques. Bottling takes place no earlier than two years after harvest, without filtration, to preserve its natural character.”
