“The 2019 Crosby Roamann Cabernet originates from the winery's Harmony School Vineyard in Coombsville, as well as a site in St. Helena. Composed of 95% Cabernet Sauvignon and 5% Merlot, it was aged in 40% new French oak for 21 months, with only 450 cases produced. Crunchy dark berry fruit mingles with black liquorice, charcuterie, dried violets, and dusty minerals. The palate is beautifully pure and precise, with alluring acidity and muscular, broad-shouldered tannins framing this captivating Cabernet. A project by Sean McBride.”
