“Attractive and spellbinding, with wonderfully fragrant black currants, graphite, and tobacco nuanced by fragrant cedarwood. Medium to full-bodied with soft and seductive black cherry and spiced plum fruits that are laced with tobacco leaf and white pepper. Intensely powerful mountain tannin frames more savoury Bay Laurel and sagebrush notes through an extended and invigorating finish. Founded in 1973, Conn Creek winery is situated on the eastern side of Napa Valley, just off the Silverado Trail. Best known for its Bordeaux-styled wines, Elizabeth DeLouise-Gant has been winemaker since 2017. Previously, she worked at Beaulieu Vineyard, Tamber Bey, and Stag's Leap Wine Cellars.”

Medium to full-bodied and nicely concentrated on the palate, it's a masculine, structured Spring Mountain Cabernet Sauvignon that will benefit from 3-4 years in the cellar and cruise over the following 15 years or more.”
