“From the UC Davis South Station Vineyard, near the Monastera Block of the To Kalon Vineyard and adjacent to McDonald vineyard. Crafted by Daniel Baron, winemaker at Silver Oak and Twomey for over two decades. This is a really beautiful wine from this hallowed Oakville terroir, clocking in at a balanced 13.9% alcohol. Just under four barrels produced of this vivid, bright and zesty Cabernet with velvety tannins and a red-fruited profile that carries through the medium bodied finish complimented by loamy earth and fragrant dried herbs.”
