“The deep purple-hued 2020 Languedoc Pech Cabrio is a beauty. It has an incredible floral quality as well as bright red and blue fruits, medium-bodied richness, plenty of peppery herbs and licorice-like aromatics, and a great finish. It brings plenty of fruit yet has good acidity and should keep for 5-7 years with no issues.”
“The 2020 'Pech Cabrio' dark cherries and black raspberries which are woven together with herbs, melted licorice, white pepper, minerals and fresh cut florals. On the palate this possesses a medium-full body, with a nice combination of fruit and acidity as it remains seamless and all the way through the finish.”
