“This 100% biodynamic, 100% Meunier Champagne is utterly intriguing. It calls to mind a bright white vermouth, with wonderfully earthy characteristics, a briny edge, and notes of poached apples and pears. Prickly, vibrant acidity lifts a fascinating bouquet of chamomile and dried fennel. Rich yet light on its feet, it carries an incredibly savoury character across the long, mineral-driven palate. Only around 200 bottles are allocated to the US market.”
