“This has a gorgeous nose of pie crust, biscuit, dried apple, hazelnut and citrus rind. Very fine and creamy with sharp acidity. I like the biscuity character. Persistent. Wonderful complexity, elegance and finesse. 65% chardonnay from Avize and Cramant, plus 35% pinot noir from Ay. Drink or hold.”
