“Genesis is 47% reserve and 50 months on the lees. A lovely bouquet redolent of chamomile, a toasted almonds, citrus rind, wet stone minerality a little hint of black truffle, and a nice assertive mouse with a laser focused acidity. The wine has a wonderful mid-palate richness that builds with roundness all balanced with that cleansing acidity.”
