“Total production is 4,000 bottles, only 360 bottles were allocated to the US market. Made from a Solera started in 2015. 100% Pinot Meunier. Zero dosage. It has this wonderful nutty richness, so imagine a tawny-style port, very light, and totally energized, with a vivid, lifted complexity of oyster shell minerality with a briny mineral character building with a cider-like intensity on the mid-palate. Even with zero dosage there's ample mid-palate richness. A wine of wonderful harmony and complexity, and one to enjoy with anything from oysters to miso-rich pastas.”
