“This Extra Brut, composed of 80% Meunier and 20% Pinot Noir, is incredibly expressive on the nose, with perfumed white flowers, sea-spray minerality, and orchard-fruit notes. The palate shows a wonderful saline richness and a slightly oxidative character that comes through nutty and toasty, nuanced by flinty minerals and a hint of black truffle. The minerality really carries the finish, while the mousse is bright, frothy, and crisp.”
