“From an entirely biodynamic producer. The average age of vines is 59 years of age. Disgorged March 2022. Aged 6 years on the lees. Stunning and beautifully lean, with rich toasty notes, wet late, and baked orchard fruit notes. A wonderfully creamy mousse resolves quickly with brisk and bright acids and even a bit of tannin. A long finish is marked by black truffle, candied ginger, and chalky minerality. 0 g/L 50% Chardonnay, 40% Pinot Noir, 10% Pinot Meunier. Stunning.”
