“This house specialises in Pinot Noir from the Aube, though he also farms some Chardonnay in the northern part of the region. In total, he tends just 9 hectares. The wine is bright, clean, and laser-focused, with a touch of richness yet primarily mineral-driven, showing a fragrant, vinous quality with white flowers and crushed Marcona almonds carrying through to the long, acid-driven finish.”
