A gentle mousse gives way to laser-like tension, wet river stones, and crushed Marcona almonds with lovely baking spices and more juicy orchard fruit and floral aromatics on the long finish. The 'Tradition' is 100% Pinot Noir with 8g/L with 22 months aging on the lees.”
