“The Parcellair Extra Brut comes from a named parcel, Le Cut-Crut, located on the Coteaux Vitryats. Owned by Carole Haudot’s family and farmed organically, this Champagne carries a dosage of 5.5 g/L. From nose to palate, it is wonderfully rich and expressive, offering notes of white truffle, yellow apple, and poached pear, along with pressed white flowers. Underscored by chalky minerality and framed by a creamy, generous mousse, it finishes long with a subtle note of nougat.”
