“The 2022 Amor Fati Chardonnay SLO Coast was matured for 10 months in once- and twice-filled French oak. It has savory aromas of baked yellow apples, pie crust, honey, allspice and floral tones. The medium-bodied palate offers full, ripe flavors and youthful flinty accents. It has a satiny texture, a focused spine of mouthwatering acidity and a long, flavorful finish. 340 cases produced.”
