“Another sensational wine, the deep ruby-hued 2021 Pinot Noir Barrel Select gives up a brilliant perfume of ripe darker cherries, black raspberries, new leather, woodsmoke, and chalky minerality. It's rich and medium to full-bodied, with beautiful tannins and incredible length on the finish. It's gorgeous today yet will benefit from a year (or two) of bottle age and keep through 2031 at a minimum. This was completely destemmed and saw 10 months in 60% new French oak, hitting 14.6% natural alcohol with a pH of 3.58. Bravo!”
